WTF - DT Swiss Logo Upside Down On Disc Front Hub
Okay - I know I am being a bit picky here but on all my hub sets (CK, I9, Old DT Swiss, Mavic, WI) the logo orientation (etched or decaled in the middle of the hub shell) match on both the front hub and rear hub. Even on my disc wheel sets when I'm sitting in the saddle and look down at my front hub the logo in the middle of the front hub shell is right side up and matches the orientation on the rear hub. For whatever reason on the DT Swiss 240s ISO 6 disc front hub it is the opposite (upside down) and you can't simply fix by flipping the wheel around because the disc has to be on the left hand side. At 1st I thought I had gotten a one off where this mistake was made but after googling images it appears they orient the logo that way on all there disc hubs. I know it is a minor issue but why???

Because when action photos of bikes with new DT Swiss wheels are taken they want the logo to be facing the camera. It also helps the hub to spin smoother and saves a few watts.

When building wheels for racing some 40 years ago I always had the front hub logo facing forward so when a winner's photo was taken the manufacturer got some recognition.
