Schwalbe One Tubeless Failure!
On the rollers this morning, I start to feel a bump that coincided with the turning of the wheel. Then my rear tire starts to hiss and and I get off and see that the rear tire (Schwalbe One tubeless) has become unseated. Orange Seal sealant is starting to spill onto the rug. Ugh! My workout was ended. I tried to reseat the tire but that was impossible as I found later in the day. The bead of the tire came loose from the tire itself. The tire is trash. I'm glad this didn't happen in a few weeks at my first race of the season as it would have ended the race, period.
Now to be sure: these tires have had a few hundred miles on them but plenty of tread life left. I had them mounted on Stans alpha 340 tubeless specific rims running ~85 psi. This looks like a manufacturing error and for the $$$ spent, I am not happy.
I took the tire/rim to Fairwheel bikes and the mechanics there agreed. I bought a Fusion3 to replace this tire. I have used the Fusions before with no problems at all.
Check out the pics. What do you think??

The damage is strange, and the obvious thought is that the rim was abradimg the bead, but the question is why...
An irregularity of the bead hook? An impact cut?

Definitely a warranty item. Check the rim for sharp edges, any chance you accidentally pulled it with a lever during the initial install?
My bike came with Fusion3 clinchers, and I switched to One tubeless. The Schwalbe One is much much much better.

I installed by hand (only). The rims are pristine as well.

My experience with Schwalbe is that they stand behind their products. I filed a warranty claim and it was taken care of quickly.

Unfortunately that's not the first Schwalbe failure I've seen. It is what it is.
The small diameter of the trainer roller definitely put more strain on what was most assuredly going to happen anyway.
Personally I would never ride tubeless on a trainer.

He wasn't on a trainer, he was on rollers... Big difference.

There is a pretty awesome article on bikerumor that discusses why you may have a rim / tire incompatibility issue here.
Its on the the front page right now.

Good to hear, but I am slightly weary to put on another and have it fail mid race. Maybe I have been lucky, but in all my years of riding I have never had a failure.

I've never had any luck with schwalbe tires, except for mountain bike. Bought 2 sets of road tires, and both blew out way before they should have. Didn't worry about warranty, b/c it would probably be more trouble than its worth.
I ride the tubeless fusions also, and like them alot

I've heard that the IRC tubeless offerings are good so I am going to be trying them out in the future.

Update: I emailed some pics to Schwalbe and the rep stated that they are likely to ship a replacement in the next few days.
I give Schwable props for handling this very quickly.

I just would never ride such an expensive tire on a roller, what were you thinking? Rollers eat regular (non-trainer) tires for breakfast, forgive me, but I think this was caused by negligence and I doubt its the tire's fault....

Wrong. Rollers don't eat tires. And it was a sidewall failure.

Indeed - I obviously totally missed that.
Quite simply - why ride it on a trainer? It's more hassle than it's worth if something goes wrong and there is no benefit to doing it on a trainer/rollers over a tubed system. Besides - you can avoid having one of the many Facebook posts I inevitably see each year that shows someone's couch covered in sealant. Blame the user (as I am sure they are the cause of failures), but the fact is that doesn't happen with a tube...and this is indoor training.
