I have a giant orange tabby Tom. He's 17 lbs. and about 2' long not including his tale. The vet practice that cured him when he was rescued nicknamed him Meathead because of his giant head. He's got a bent ear from sort of trauma and he's FIV+. He's the sweetest boy in the world and is happy to have a loving home. I will try to add a photo later.

I would like you all to meet Brock. Brocks father was unfortunately a member of Bad Newz Kennels. If you're not familiar with that, a quick google search will tell you all you need to know.

I have two dogs, both were literally rescues. My husband found the older one (now 8) as a malnourished but very feisty puppy chasing cars in the snow. Now she is fat and lazy and takes pride in being disobedient. She might be part beagle and corgi, but we don't really know.
We have only had the younger one for three months. She is a pit mix who was being chained up and abused. A friend of ours stepped in and was told to just take the damn dog. But our friend has three cats, so I came home one day to find her on the porch with the scared, malnourished dog. She is two years old, super sweet, desperate to please, and amazingly athletic. She already runs 10 miles with ease, and as she gets better trained, I am going to turn her into a trail dog so she can join me for trail runs and mtb rides. I don't have any good pictures of them here at work, though.

We have a shih tzu-Bichon Frise mix name Philadante Burger or Dante for short, he answers to Burger too. I told him last night that I would make him popcorn if he gave me a high five, his little paw shot right up. He knows way too many words.
Here he is on Halloween as a strip of bacon, making him a bacon burger.

I understand, while not necessary, when showing Boxers uncropped ear dogs rarely win. Out of six I've had over the years he's the 2nd that I cropped. He's a beautiful brindle, and that picture is from a win on Jan 1 this year. I'm with you on only owning Boxers...

I have 2 kids and my youngest just got his Masters in December and got a job this month so now both are officially off the payroll.
I think i'll enjoy my freedom before thinking about any new family member living in my hose.

My random cat, his name is Bane Cat, he's a terrorist. The neighborhood dogs fear him, some days I fear him. He wakes me up in the middle of the night sitting on my chest and staring at me. When I come in from a ride and I'm all sweaty if I lay down on the floor for a minute to catch my breath before a shower and the little monster comes up and starts licking me like a dog. Love this furry little freak.
