project suggestions and component compatibility?
 

the frame is a 2009 Giant TCR Alliance 1, 105 front derailleur, crank shimano SG-X 50F 34F (think it's the stock 105 crank ). I need a rear derailleur, cassette, shifters, and brakes can I mismatch within the shimano brand as long as it's made for a 10 speed setup? Also can I use older road bike breaks along with newer combined braking/shifting levers?
