Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The rolls themselves - toilet PVC drain pipe 125mm diameter
Rolls ball bearings support - PVC flange for water pipes
Ball bearings - 6002, outer diameter 32mm, inner diameter 12mm, width 10mm - in any shop seling ball bearings
Rolls axle - M12 threaded axle from brico shop
Frames - wood from brico shop
Screws and nuts - from brico shop

This is all ... very simple and extremlly cheap
