Planet X ship times?
Does anyone have experience with Planet X ship times? Ordered a cassette form them back in February and I still haven't gotten it. I think I've just gotten spoiled by Wiggle getting things here faster than US stores, but it's been more than two weeks.

Haha. I only order from them if the deal is fantastic and I dont need whatever I bought for at least a month. They are pretty notorious for taking forever to get something to the States.

If you purchased from the US they had a some containers that got hung up with shipping and weather. I got my order late last week. Have you checked the status of your order on the website or sent them email checking status?

I don't have any sort of tracking number. Pretty sure they strapped it to a turtle and told it to swim to New York for unloading.

I have been waiting on some wheels from merlin for two weeks now. I ordered a groupset the same day and it showed up the next week.
Tracking just says "Sent to country of destination"... for 10 days.
