2006 Scott CR1 frame.....

when I pulled the Di2 Cable Cover Sheath off it pulled the layer of clear from the paint job.

Any suggestions on repairing?

the clear on these are known to peel, bubble etc , mine had bubbled up quite bad,, only thing to do is get a good carbon guy , strip it and repaint it , it did not bother me, what did bother me is when the non-replaceable rear derailleur snapped off

Those mid-2000s Scotts and their bullsh*t non-replaceable hangers.
