best saddle for road bike guy with prostate issue

I now have a smp trk on my hybrid and its seems good, is there a better choice for a road bike ?? Wheres the best/cheapest place to buy ??

well I was kind of looking for guys who have the same problem and what saddle they used, doubt Linda has my problem
