1989 Bridgestone RB1

I bought this bike local because it was a pretty great deal. Unfortunately @ 22" its too small for me.
I don't know what to ask. Ebay shows them around 800 bucks but that seems kinda high to me.
The bike is pretty much stock. Bought from the original owner. Always garaged and maintained professionally.
IT has some scuffs and chips as expected for a 28 year old bike. I took it for a spin and it rides shifts and stops great.
The back wheel has a slight wobble but im going to have it trued. My LBS charges 15 bucks so its worth it.
Im going to shoot for $600 for now and see what happens. If I'm off, please let me know.
Ive never actually shipped a bike before but Ive received shipped bikes and Ive looked into bike flights so it shouldn't be a problem to ship. Probably around $80 buck across country door to door.
I have the experience and proper tools to disassemble and will use a recycled bike box and frame wrap from my LBS. No extra charge to disassemble and box up.
Heres the PICS

Components seems to often get sold the same day posted, but complete bikes, not so much.

I think people here are pretty in tune with what the FMV of a given bike is, vs. what's a screaming deal. Almost nobody here wants to pay FMV, we all want the kind of screaming deals you can find pretty regularly if you are knowledgeable, look around, are selective, and are patient.

I think you'd have better luck and feedback posting on the classic and vintage sales. GLWS.

agreed. I had it posted there too but asked both ads be deleted as I'm currently refreshing the bike and dropping the price. I will update the ad when it's ready but I have a lot of builds in my queue now. Thanks for the feedback.
