Am building a set of wheels from a sora rear/ultegra front hubs to slap on her....

Got a set of hubs today.
Shimano ultegra hb-6500 front hub.
Shimano sora fh-3300 rear hub.
Best price you could ask for FREE!!
So on with the build... what spokes rims would you suggest with this...

Eh .. for about two miles I ride thru a wild life preserve on a dirt path..6-8 mph tops..but the view is a hole lot better than whats out the truck window when i drive :) .
