Cowboy's in Tainan has Surly. But it can be a three month wait. They are made in Taichung. Frames are really cheap in Taiwan. But I can't wait 3 months so I will be getting my frame in Canada.

"Touring in China" or touring other places with a heavy load - I think you can use front racks on the LHT...
