Yeah, it's just not going to happen. Tri-Cal Events cancelled the swim leg of the race and will carry on with an impromptu Duathlon for the event.

I realize there's nothing Tri-Cal Events can do...

If you haven't swam in the Bay yet, go get in the water ASAP....

Sure seems to be a lot of advice on this thread already, but IMHO, you need to find what works for you. Everyone is just different enough that what works for them may not--or will not--meet the needs...
