The title says it all. I need a front wheel, 650c clincher. Know of any one or place that sells them? The ones I can find are super expensive. and I am short on cash.

I am planing to ride it as a commuter. But I like the fact of no brakes and having to skid stop when needed because IMO it seems fore fun to ride.
