what crankset and wheels would you guys recommend...

what crankset and wheels would you guys recommend me? looking that ill get back ~$250-300, i don't want to spend more than $450 on wheels and a decent crankset. IRO's mebbe?

With my shop discount, I can get the Capo for $450, or just the Capo frameset for $340

I'm thinking I'll get the Capo for $450, sell the parts, and use the funds to upgrade the bike.
