No idea what mine is rated at but I run at around 6 bar / 90 psi. I would probably run wider tyres at a lower pressure but I like the ones that came on my Trek.

Has it really been ten years?! That Trek has held up very well and the gears have been gentle on my dodgy knee. I'm so glad that the people here inspired me to go back to the bike shop!
