While not a machine for 'carb starved' XC Whippets - the Bullit can be used for Trail / XC duties without too much...

After riding with Specialized 'Tahoe' Mtb shoes for about 2 years, I have recently changed to Pearl Izumi "Vagabond M4' Mtb Shoes.

I find they have a much stiffer sole which helps on the road...
