i disagree, id say go with the el2 because its a good bike for entry level and intermediate riders that will take a beating, unlike the haro which i personally destroyed in 4 weeks.

i ride hollow axles on my fit series two and ive found them to be just as strong as other axles, i bent my old axles but these seem to hold up despite bad grinds and cased jumps

Ive got a 2004 Fit series two with hazard lite cassettes and series two bars,forks,and stem and 41 thermal cranks. Its a freakin nice bike that only weighs around 25 pounds.
