I would prefer the bamboo, but I would want it in a road frame not a MTB frame. God only knows what he would charge for it, probably more than I could afford.

go with Bontrager triple kevlar tires or Specialized Armidillos. I have yet to get a puncture from thorns or sharp items. I have had one pinch flat in six years of riding.
