in my limited experience, I dont think a 160psi tire is what youre looking for. Youre probbaly better off with a 23-25 width tire, slightly underinflated, to give you a bit more comfortable ride.

Give the saddle some time. Mine was brutlaly uncomfortable the first ride or two, thought I was screwed. But over time, and shopping around for various saddles, its not an issue now.
