I am all for asserting the right for us to be on the road, but purposely going out to tie up traffic, block off intersections, and break other traffic laws...

Yeah, and the lines for registration and getting on the train were full at Penn Station as well. While drivers did pack Babylon, many people from the city started their day out at Penn.
