Maybe I'm anal but I wipe my frame down after every ride and use a towel with Simple green to wipe down the tires and rim brake...

Well I'm 57 and have a 20 mile route I ride 5 to 6 times a week. I checked my Cyclestats and it indicated I averaged 15.6 mph last year.

I presently run Shimano 105 crank set and bb. I feel I should upgrade to Ultegra goods and replace the 105's. Help me understand if this would really make a difference though.:thumb:
