Upgrade components?

I'm a weekend warrior, riding only 100 miles/week, but looking for any edge I can get. Been using Ultegra for 6 yrs now and wondering if upgrading to dura ace or ??? would make a big difference. ...

Ride Routes

The routs are all out and back. We'll lunch in Cayucos, then return to Avila.
If you get a chance, would you let me know why it was confusing so we can avoid that in the future.

No bias, but only road for this event. Great climb up Old Creek Road to 46 and then a nice, long descent into Cambria. You can pretend?
