Thanks for the replies. I was just curious. Considering it's not crucial for me to readjust it, I'm going to live with it at the height it's at. At least it's not my main bike.

I should have mentioned this, but there's no bolt...

I should have mentioned this, but there's no bolt going through--it's completely empty. There's no seam around the... collar (?) to allow it to be tightened or loosened, either.
