i think in my case (Tange Falcon Headset) the...

i think in my case (Tange Falcon Headset) the adjustable cup covers the bearing cup so im seeing the whole thing move but the bearing cup underneath doesnt move....

i noticed that the top cup and headset was a little loose on my bike so i took an adjustable wrench and tightened them a little my question is on a threaded stem/headset combo is the top cup suppose...

actually as i stated in another thread the 50cm kilot "IS" a 53cm....its 50cm c-c and most companies advertise there bikes as being measured from c-t.....the c-t on the 50cm kilo is 53cm...

it is a good deal....but to compare a kilo to any njs frame is pretty difficult.....njs frames are made from some kind of premiuim japanese or high end steel.....keirin frames i believe have slightly...
