I like the pannier/daypack from MEC but they are a bit small, problem is that anything much bigger gets in my way when peddling.

Well I got my Wike premium double yesterday and have to say that it is AMAZING! Previously had a Cougar 1 as our single and a MEC double as our double (awful)

Why are 26" wheels better? I am getting a 54cm and it ends up being advantageous to me because my Trail-A-Bike will be better able to clear my rear rack, but I don't see why it would be advantageous...

Surly LHT vs. Trek 520

anyone here spend a reasonable amount of time on both? I have tested both out and am leaning towards the LHT because of the KISS theory behind the bike, although the 520 isn't terribly complicated...
