Yeah it does, the track pro is also a smaller bike which is why the seat is so high. But I ride the mash cinelli for commuting to work. I was reluctant to cut the steerer any shorter than it is now...

Yeah, it does ride pretty tall. My other bike is a fuji track pro which is downright feathery compared to the cinelli, but the cinelli feels more comfortable to me. They're both the same gearing...
