yes its a shimano freehub. I did finally get it off, using a 12mm Hex on the NDS. it def would not pass through on the DS. I just needed a hell of a big cheater bar :thumb:

Buy a gallon of generic paint thinner at hardware store. Its dirt cheap, and not as toxic as engine degreaser.
