Probably go for a 58cm then, I know a 61cm is far too big, but I sometimes like the frame a little small like the 56cm and then just kick the seat post up as high as it can go, sometimes feels better...

Well if it is a a touring bike it probably can go a bit bigger on the tires but unless it specifies it I don't think it would be able to handle 32c tires or anything. But wow their Vortex Compact...
