Basso was a respectable Italian builder "back in the day".

That looks like a kinesis frame, similar to the Masi, Motobecane, etc. with the carbon seat stays. I wouldn't pay more than $600 for it.

I have '10 Force and Red hood issues....I removed and reinstalled them, and they don't sit tight at the fronts any more.
