I bought a demo bike off eBay and they said it was a 56. Set the seat mast all the way on high to minimum insertion but I need a couple more MM prob not a issue if it had 175 cranks instead of 172.5....

I seem to always face this conundrum perhaps more so when I am undertrained or overtrained. Usually a non issue with platform pedals and street shoes. Comes more into play with "clipless" pedals.
