10-12mph on my Crosstrail Sport, depending on the trail or road. I've gotten as high as 14mph on the road, but I usually maintain an 11.5mph avg. Throw in some elevation and I'll stay on 10 or 11.

This helps. I do tend to ride with weight on my sit bones, but I've also noticed that after a while I tend to lean heavily on my hands. Thanks again for the advice.
