if you are talking about the 'hidden bolt stem' they made it in both 26.0 and 25.4 clamp diamenter.
You'll have to try some bars on your stem to see which size you have.

I've got the Miche system on two sets of D/A hubs (one high, one low) and it has worked fine for me. The lockring is the only thing that I take off to change cogs and I'm using the D/A for that.
