Once I learned a little about the actual calories in food... eating has been easy. I logged my food on the livestrong website for a few months..now I just know what and how much.

275 lbs, smoked....Bought a bike, started riding to work, 24 mile round trip.....havent smoked in a long time, ride 30 miles on my off days. The weight is flying off. 20 lbs so far....I LOVE...
