LeJeune "Tour de France" (?) folding bicycle

I started its own thread a while ago, but this is my LeJeune folding bicycle. Converted with a fixed gear before it came to me. Have been meaning to give it a freewheel coaster wheel instead but has...

1971 Raleigh Sports

I got this a few days ago. I was going to transplant the crucial parts to another frame (diamond, maroon/burgundy) that was for sale at another town, as I am a male and all of my other bicycles are...

ShineStar was a quite common intermediate Bridgestone model *in Japan*. First came out in 1970, but yours is at least second generation or later based on the color scheme. I don't know if it was...

70's Schwinn crank arm length

I have a quick question.

I have a Schwinn Breeze (1977, smaller 17" frame) that lately I ride every day, but its crank arms are good 1" shorter than my other bikes, including the Bridgestone...

Than one looks like it is somewhat updated in several areas. But the folding mechanism - how to keep it together - is exactly the same. Thank you again for these pictures.

Oh yes! That looks very close. Some details don't seem to match, but probably a variant. And the lady in the first page does have the handlebar collapsed (in the bag) as well! (Although in my case, I...

Great info, thank you! I am getting a Hunt Wilde grips for it.

Interesting that it probably wasn't a fixie - that explains that the frame seems to be ready for the rear caliper brake to be...

"LeJeune 'Tour de France' Folding Bike" Is this really what it claims to be??

I recently acquired this rather mysterious folding bike (which is also a fixie - I would have never thunk I would own and ride a fixie in a million years!). It has the sticker decals that says...

Thank you everyone! With your help and some searching on the board, I am getting to have a pretty good idea.

The size is perfect - I cannot imagine anything fitting any better. The saddle was at...

Thank you folks!

Lostarchitect, do you remember if any of the Kabukis came in Chromoly?? I am sure this one is an ordinary hi-tensile steel, so if any of them came in chromoly then that probably...

New toy! But what exactly is it??

It is a Bridgestone Kabuki of some sort, but I don't know the exact model. I think other Kabukis I had seen said the model (like SSK) on the top tube, but this one simply says "Synchro Memory" which...
