Thanks for the feedback. I definitely prefer the road bike components over the mtb. This may have made up my mind. As for brakes they were just really weak. May be it needs to be broken in.

sorry to do this...need some advice 2011 rapid 2 appears to be where I'm going but no bike shop around me has a 2012 Sirius comp for me to look at or try. Can I hear your thoughts between these 2?...
