Update: So I came home with the bike for $200. Overall it is in good shape. The parts are not stock, but with my limited knowledge, I think they were an upgrade:

Cinelli: stem
Campy: derailleurs,...

Thanks all for the help. I think I'm going to pass up on this sale as I am 5'9". That being said I am almost certain that the WSD geometry won't be good for me.

I wasn't able to check out the Trek bike, but I am going to check out the Specialized bike today after class. And after what wrk101 said about it being a good deal, I'm pretty optimistic about it....
