yep, mostly. I put fenders and a rack on her and swapped out the old rusted Vbrakes for some newer parts bin ones. The tires are old and crusty so those are next. No pics yet.

Brakes are meh, front is better than rear. Both are much better than the last DL-1 I owned. The out of true rear wheel is really the biggest pain right now. Westwood rims are not easy to true.
