It's a Quarq Power Meter...not sure which model....

It's a Quarq Power Meter...not sure which model. You can get them in a few different bb configurations, included BB30.

I would take a look at the Specialized Tarmac...

I would take a look at the Specialized Tarmac Elite and Elite Rival depending on your component preference. they are both in the $2700 range. Good luck getting back into it.
