Dahon handlepost: Radius and Radius V compatibility

Hi!..
I have a Dahon mu P24 with a Radius handlepost (it's a 2008 model). I want to replace it and I wanted to check if I can buy a Radius V handlepost. Are they compatible? they look like they are...

I dont want that for now!... I think that I have to, at least, see it on a bike and check if it is all about...

The patches for protecting my foldable are worn out, and some went away.
I'm thinking about buying new ones to protect the paint.
