chris king hubs w/ Campagnolo

Hello all, I've got a question about my hubset - i just finished building a touring bike with a Chris King rear 135mm hub, Shimano freehub body. The rest of the drivetrain on the bike is Campagnolo....

ok, so I am installing a SRAM pc-1031 10 speed chain, and trying to get it to the right size, I just need to remove 2 links and then install the power lock, but how in the **** do i remove the links?...

i think my chain is too long as it is.. it rubs chain-to-chain when in smallest cog/smallest chainring. I have a long cage triple R derailleur. thank you

phil wood 108mm BB with a campy triple crank??

Ok, so apparently Phil Wood's Campy/ISO bottom brackets that are made for campy triple cranks are 110.5mm. I just bought a used 108mm BB.... is this going to be a critical difference if I went to...
