So it's official, this crankset doesn't fit my frame then? Even with other people successfully using it on the same frame.

What I'm saying is, he didn't completely finish before he determined it was going to hit the frame. Maybe if he put the crank/pedal on the other side it would have made a difference? The bottom...

Mine definitely didn't come with any spacers. Which Amazon listing did you see where it talked about spacers. Here's the exact one I ordered from Amazon. I don't see any mention of spacers....

I agree. I didn't want spacers at all. The stock square taper BB didnt use spacers and the chainline was perfectly fine and there is plenty of clearance for the chainring.

Windsor the Hour & SRAM S300 crankset question

I have a 2012 (maybe even 2011) version of The Hour. I just tried to put on an SRAM S300 crankset and the included GXP bottom bracket. It wouldn't fit. The chainring would not clear the frame at all....
