7:30-7:30 two day shifts then two night shifts. Going home after the night shifts is rough for me (but I do it). I do like the 4 on 4 off schedule.

It's an Arkel "bug" (very nice backpack/Pannier). The boots fit nicely, the area was designed to hold a helmet. The bug holds the boots far enough away from the frame they don't hit my heel!

Thanks for the help. Funny thing is nashbar and a few others say it fits "All" frames. Yet blackburns list it as " Size: 26". I might be in trouble. Is nashbar's return policy as easy as it looks?
