2005 Lemond Tourmalet - thoughts on this bike?

Found a guy who is selling a what I believe is a 05 Tourmalet. He's asking for $400; good deal? Good starter bike? Anyone have one from experience

2011 Trek 1.5 for $600 - Worth it as entry level road bike?

CL guy is selling a 2011 Trek 1.5 for $600. Said he bought in April of 2012 for $1100 including taxes and put only about 300 miles on it. Guess he didn't like the bike?
