Along the same line, a 9.525mm ratchet would be preferred!

A ratchet and a set of hex bit sockets would make it much easier to remove stuck hex bolts. You can also use hex bit with a torque wrench...

I'm sorry if you feel it's not related to the OP. I just wanted to say that I've already had a bike to ride in reply to the above post (and also wanted to show off my favorite 520 at any chance :D).

Thanks. He has not sent me the new pictures yet but here is some more information. It is a Japanese bike. He brought the bike back from Japan after working there for a while. He cannot ride anymore...
