Ended up getting the Kona Dew for a haggled price of $275. The bike was virtually brand new. Extremely happy with it ended up immediately riding it for an hour and a half. More adventures to come...

Finally got a reply from the person with the Kona Dew, it's apparently a 17" frame and I am going to make arrangements to check them both out.
