Need help with a Frankenstein

I got a new bike and kept my old one as a beater. It's looking kinda Frankenstein (e.g., bad paint, lots of electrical tape, brass nuts in place of allen bolts) so I thought I would enhance that...

Careful of the chainring, it's not just dirty, it's sharp too. Just learn to mount and dismount from the left. I'm lefty and that is what I do. In fact I always try to stay on the left of the bike...

This is the end of the season so you should be able to soften up the sticker price a little. Consider requesting a "good deal" on extras if you can't get them to budge on the bike itself.
