Problems with up shifting (RD)

Hi,

I'd start with that I don't have problems switching to gears - so it shouldn't be an adjustment problem.
Also down shifting (on to larger coggs) is working great and smooth.
But up shifting...

Checking the rotor from the top while spinning the wheel reveals that it's not bent. It's not moving side to side between the brake pads.

When accelerating and coasting or taking a hard right turn then the rotor on the front brake touches a brake pad. It's not touching...
