Seller says its a Giant CFR 2. Hes not sure of the size... looks to be like 52cm to me? maybe shorter but more importantly, how much would you pay?

Just wondering if this kind of bike is great for casual rides at the beach or Griffith park(20-30 miles) and commuting to his school (7 miles) . He will probably own this for many years (+9 years)
