I bought 5 more blanks. Going to make some more. Another 48T and maybe couple of 44T. I plan on anodizing them and then cutting the teeth and engrave. Think I will do red, blue, and black.

7075 Alum .125" thick. Teeth turned down to .085" with 15 degree by .120" long angle on both sides of teeth
