With coming up on almost a year with 520 in my hands. I have had four rides save to garmin connect website app. Then Id have to manually save them to my computer and upload them manually to strava....

Honestly, I agree with everyones statements to just ride more. Im pretty NEWB at road riding. I have about 12 rides under my belt. First ride 33Miles then few 50 milers. Then Jumped to 60-75mile...

Just picked up a new 2017 bike and it came tubeless from factory. First two ride impression are it definitely improves the ride quality on chatter/cracked roads. Running at 95/100PSI currently 200lbs...

The guys a loser... We all take calculated risks when riding. I do a lot more MTB than road riding. This guy would have a heart attack with all close calls I have seen on single track. Yet no one...

can definitely get older iPhones for under $100. But it might raise your monthly phone bill if you want data ect. Garmin 500 might be better long term.

MTB are fine for most people. Some times its more practical to have one pair of shoes for MTB/Road. I run Carbon Shimano XC-90s. Very little flex in these shoes.

Definitely depends on your goals. I lift 4/5 times a week along with cycling. What works best for me is lifting 3 or 4 hours before any cycling. The cycling will be lower miles but very high tempo....
